Now Hiring: Receptionist & Front Office Coordinator (with Cross-Training)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM, 1 hour lunch break
Location: On-Site (Front Desk—positioned directly facing our waiting area so you can warmly see and welcome every guest)
Our Vision: A Patient Experience That Feels Like Home
Imagine walking into a clinic that feels less like a sterile waiting room and more like a warm, sunlit living room. There are plants, clean air, and a sense of calm. When our patients walk through the door, they are treated as guests—we know them by name and respect their individuality (no generic "mom" or "dad" labels here!).
We believe healthcare should be easy, stress-free, and low-friction. Our focus is entirely on genuine health and healing, not on upselling or aggressive marketing. We are looking for a unique individual who is ready to run our front desk with warmth, while growing their skills to help manage the entire front-of-house workflow.
The Opportunity: Reception with a Growth Path
We are seeking a stellar Receptionist who will be the welcoming face of our office. Because we operate as a tight-knit, collaborative team, this position is designed to be fully cross-trained in our Front Office Manager responsibilities.
You will start by mastering the reception, guest flow, and inventory duties. Over time, you will be trained to step in and manage active scheduling, digital patient communications, and essential medical administration. This is the perfect role for someone who loves direct patient interaction but also craves professional growth and variety in their day.

- Billing & Sales: Handle point-of-sale transactions, including scheduling future appointments, processing payments, and managing supplement sales (both in-office and via our online pharmacy.
- Our Space & Inventory: Keep our "living room" pristine, clean, and inviting (light cleaning/tidying), order office supplies, and keep a meticulous eye on our supplement inventory.

Who You Are
- A Natural Host: You genuinely love people. You have an intuitive sense of hospitality and can make anyone feel comfortable and known.
- Adaptable & Eager to Learn: You are excited by the prospect of cross-training. You don't just want a repetitive task; you want to understand how the whole office runs.
