DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES *
- Ability to work well in a group setting or be independently proactive.
- Ability to stand/kneel/bend down for extended periods of time.
- Ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work beyond an 8-hour shift and work overtime when necessary.
- Complete Tasks Lists.
- Open availability—able to work weekends.
- Take out trash and recycling daily.
- Wash, dry and fold uniforms and linens.
- Plant Maintenance, which includes environmental monitoring and plant replacement.
- Fill pots with grow mediums.
- Remove/discard dead plant material.
- Ability to be trained on caring for different life stages of plants.
- Stock hallways, shelves supplies and nutrients.
- Keep ingredients filled in every room.
- Ability to install trellis.
- Ability to learn proper culling procedures.
- Follow proper procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment, to prevent damage to yourself or other employees, as well as preventing damage to floors, fixtures and inventory.
- Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing.
- Ability to learn how to use pressure washer.
- Mix water and detergents or acids in containers to prepare cleaning solutions, according to specifications.
- Learn to use industrial dishwasher.
- Clean and prep pots and irrigation parts.
- Scrub and clean out nutrient tanks.
- Clean and sterilize grow rooms.
- Move heavy equipment, and supplies, either manually or by using hand trucks.
- Cleaning and connecting pipes, using the necessary hand tools or power tools.
- Prep irrigation parts.
- Learn irrigation guidelines.
