Join our team as a Solventless Extraction Technician where you'll play a vital role in producing high-quality, solvent-free extracts. As an integral part of our manufacturing operation, you will ensure the efficient handling of materials, operate specialized equipment, and uphold strict compliance standards to deliver exceptional products to our customers.
Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain solventless extraction equipment with precision and attention to detail
- Handle raw materials and finished products safely
- Assist in packaging finished extracts, ensuring accuracy and quality standards are met
- Follow lean manufacturing principles to optimize workflow, reduce waste, and improve process efficiency
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace adhering to CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) standards
- Support laboratory testing procedures when necessary to verify product quality and consistency
Requirements
- Prior experience in solventless manufacturing environments within the cannabis reccomended
