Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and energetic Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide exceptional care and support to individuals with diverse needs. Duties
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including personal hygiene, dressing, grooming, and mobility support using manual handling techniques such as Hoyer lifts and patient transfer methods.
- Monitor residents’ health by taking vital signs, observing patient conditions, and reporting changes promptly to healthcare teams.
- Administer medications following care plans and HIPAA regulations to ensure safety and compliance.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with meal consumption, ensuring dietary needs are met in accordance with individual care plans.
- Support residents during community outings or transportation needs using personal transportation assistance.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing routine cleaning tasks and adhering to infection control protocols.
- Document observations, care activities, and resident progress accurately in compliance with privacy standards like HIPAA.

Monday through Friday 3:00pm - 11:00pm (40 hours weekly)
Tuesday through Saturday 3:00pm - 11:00pm (40 hours weekly)
Thursday through Sunday 3:00pm - 11:00pm (40 hours weekly)
Monday through Friday 12:00pm - 8:00pm (40 hours)
Saturday through Wednesday 3:00pm - 11:00pm (40 hours weekly)
Monday through Friday 8:30am - 3:30pm (35 hours weekly)
Monday through Friday 8:30am - 2:30pm (30 hours weekly)
Overnight role: Thursday 11pm - 9am, Friday & Saturday 11pm - 7am (26 hours weekly)
Monday through Friday 4:00pm – 9:00pm (25 hours weekly)
Saturday & Sunday 7:00am - 3:00pm (16 hours weekly)
Saturday & Sunday 11:00am - 7:00pm (16 hours weekly)
Saturday & Sunday 12:00pm - 8:00pm (16 hours weekly)
Saturday & Sunday 3:00pm - 11:00pm (16 hours weekly)
Thursday Overnights 11:00pm - 9:00am (10 hours weekly)
Requirements
- Prior experience working in group homes, assisted living facilities, nursing homes, or home health environments is highly preferred.
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, neurodevelopmental disorders, or intellectual disabilities is desirable.
- Valid driver's license
- Highschool diploma
