We provide professional sales training for ongoing improvement - You'll have all the support you need to be the best sales insurance agent!
This opportunity is unlike any other. We provide the leads and telemarketers to assist you with getting a ton of quotes every day. We just need you to close the deals! You'll only be responsible for the sales portion of onboarding clients. We provide you with a service representative that handles all of the other aspects of the agency - Just Sell Baby!

- Base Salary $20.00/hr. +commission
- On top of your base pay, you will ALSO earn extra Incentives and Commission!

Responsibilities
Daily Activities:
- Engaged proactive sales outbound calling and quote activity
- Manage pipeline of previous quotes and follow-ups.
- Quote new business by taking warm transfers from our amazing telemarketers and prospect through endless amounts of paid leads!
- Explain to everyone why Allstate is the best insurance company on the planet - we'll show you how to do that.
- Be hungry to sell Allstate auto insurance and bundle other relevant insurance products.
Experience
- Active property & casualty insurance license (required)
- 2 years insurance sales and service experience. Allstate insurance prior experience (preferred)
- Prior sales and management experience
- Independently motivated & self-sufficient - we don't want staff we have to micromanage.
- Spanish bilingual (preferred)
- Reside in California, Texas or Nevada due to payroll issues. Please confirm that you live in California, Texas or Nevada.
- Remote workspace - work from home
Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
