We are looking for Tow Truck Operators reporting to provide safe, timely and effective assistance to motor-club members with disabled vehicles.

Qualifications:
- Excellent driving skills.
- Ability to maintain good internal and external customer relations at all times.
- Must be age 25 or older due to insurances requirements.
- Valid Alabama driver’s license with a clean driving record. Must be able to maintain clean driving record throughout employment and meet insurance requirements.
- Able to pass a HireRight background check.
- Able to work at least 8-hour days and 40-hour weeks. Some weekends required.
- All tools provided necessary for job.
- Strong knowledge of Montgomery County and surrounding area roadways.
Job responsibilities include:
- Assist motor-club (AAA, Geico, and Allstate) members in vehicle break down situations.
- Perform emergency roadside assistance duties in a safe and proficient manner, including wheel lifts and sling towing, use of dollies, winching operations, tire changes/tire plugs, fueling procedures, jump starting and lockouts
- Abide by DOT regulations
- Prepare and maintain tow truck, including pre and post shift inspections
- Ensure the safety of self, member and company equipment.
- Accurately complete all required documentation for each call
- Work in various weather conditions; including extreme heat and cold
- Maintain a professional image.
- Calculate achievable ETAs by considering all traffic, construction and weather.
