Responsibilities
- Host birthday parties and special events (weekend availability required)
- Welcome guests and provide excellent customer service
- Assist with party setup and cleanup
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized facility
- Operate the register and process payments
- Answer customer inquiries and assist with registrations
- Perform cleaning and maintenance throughout the shift
Qualifications
- Friendly, energetic, and reliable
- Experience working with children is preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
