What You'll Do
Every day is different! As a Lawn Care Technician, you'll help customers achieve healthy, beautiful lawns while providing an outstanding customer experience.
Responsibilities include:
- Applying fertilizer and weed control treatments safely and professionally
- Inspecting lawns and identifying turf issues
- Educating customers on lawn health and treatment recommendations
- Building positive relationships with customers during service visits
- Operating application equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintaining accurate service records
- Participating in ongoing training to expand your skills
No Experience? We'll Train You!
Previous lawn care experience is helpful but not required. If you have a strong work ethic, enjoy working outdoors, and are eager to learn, we'll provide paid training to help you build a successful career.
Qualifications
- At least 19 years of age
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical work throughout the day
- Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment DOT physical, drug and alcohol screening, background check, and motor vehicle record review
Experience in lawn care, landscaping, pest control, or other outdoor service industries is a plus—but not required.
