Work Environment
- Climate-controlled manufacturing facility.
- Regular exposure to manufacturing equipment and moving mechanical parts.
- Occasional exposure to noise, fumes, and airborne particles.
- Required to wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Operate production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Assemble, inspect, test, and package products according to company specifications.
- Follow work instructions, quality standards, and production schedules.
- Perform visual and dimensional inspections to ensure product quality.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area using good housekeeping practices.
- Report equipment malfunctions, quality concerns, or safety hazards to a supervisor.
- Meet daily production, quality, and attendance expectations.
- Accurately complete production and quality documentation.
- Work collaboratively with supervisors, leads, and team members to achieve production goals.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety requirements.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
- Stand and walk for extended periods.
- Lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50-75 pounds on an occasional basis.
- Use hands to handle tools, materials, and equipment.
- Willingness to learn and maintain a positive attitude.
- Basic math and measurement skills.
- Manufacturing experience is helpful but not required.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
