3. Position Overview
We are seeking a highly capable HR & Office Manager to lead both human resources and office operations during our early operations phase.
This role combines high-volume recruitment, HR system development, and full office coordination, making it a key position that supports both people and operations.
You will work closely with executive leadership to ensure the organization runs efficiently and is fully staffed for opening.

5. Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & HR Leadership
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for:
- Registered Nurses (RN)
- Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN)
- Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA)
- Administrative & support staff
- Develop and execute rapid hiring strategies for pre-opening
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes
HR Systems & Compliance
- Build and implement HR SOPs
- Ensure compliance with Nevada and federal labor laws
- Track employee licenses and certifications
- Manage employee records and HR documentation (I-9, W-4, etc.)
Office Management & Operations
- Oversee all daily office operations and administrative functions
- Coordinate cross-department communication and workflows
- Manage office supplies, vendors, and service providers
- Support executive office operations and internal reporting
- Ensure organized, efficient, and professional office environment
Employee Management & Support
- Support employee relations and retention strategies
- Assist leadership with workforce planning and staffing structure
6. Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- 5+ years of HR and/or Office Management experience
- Experience in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or Hospital environment
- Strong high-volume recruitment experience
- Knowledge of U.S. labor laws and HR compliance
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and execution skills
Preferred:
- Experience in pre-opening or startup environments
- Bilingual (English + Chinese preferred)
