Repossession Agent – Full-Time
San Francisco Bay Area
Active Auto Recovery is seeking a motivated, professional full-time Repossession Agent to join our team in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of tow truck experience (autoloader experience preferred)
- Repossession experience is a plus, but not required
- Familiarity with RDN, RCM, and Clearplan is preferred (training will be provided)
- CARS Certification is a plus, but not required
- Clean background check
- Clean driving record
- Drug-free
- Must have a smartphone with hotspot capability
Schedule
- Primarily a nighttime position, with occasional daytime work
- Flexible hours
- Monday night through Friday night
- Weekends are available at your discretion
Compensation
This is a commission-based position, giving you complete control over your earning potential. The more recoveries you complete, the more you earn.
Our agents average $1,500–$2,000 per week in take-home pay, with top performers earning even more.

- Must have reliable transportation too and from work
- Able to remain calm under pressure
- Skilled at de-escalating difficult situations
- Professional and respectful when interacting with debtors, law enforcement, clients, and the public
Our agents often encounter people during stressful situations in the middle of the night, so maintaining a cool head and a professional attitude is essential.
