Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Mental Health Clinician (LCSW or LPC) in Erie, Pennsylvania.
POSITION OVERVIEW
- Outpatient behavioral health role focused on screenings, assessments, diagnoses, and ongoing therapy
- Manageable caseload averaging approximately 5 patients daily
- Flexible hybrid structure with option to work remotely 1–2 days weekly
- Opportunity for clinical autonomy with experienced administrative and support staff
- Patient-centered outpatient environment designed to support quality care without burnout
COMPENSATION
- Base Salary: $65,000 – $80,000+ based on experience
- Annual quality and productivity bonus structure
- Student loan repayment eligibility up to $50,000
SCHEDULE
- Monday through Friday schedule
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- No weekends required
- No nights required
- No on-call responsibilities
- Hybrid remote flexibility available
ROLE
- Conduct mental health screenings, assessments, and diagnoses
- Provide ongoing outpatient therapy services
- Manage patient-centered treatment planning and documentation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary behavioral health and support teams
- Support continuity of care and long-term patient outcomes

Requirements:
- Active Pennsylvania LCSW or LPC license REQUIRED
- Experience providing assessments, diagnoses, and therapy REQUIRED
- Strong patient-centered communication skills REQUIRED
- Ability to work independently within outpatient behavioral health setting REQUIRED
- Team-oriented clinical approach REQUIRED
