Job Summary
Graybill Medical Group is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our growing team. Responsibilities
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients in an outpatient setting
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including physical examinations, review of medical histories, and evaluation of vital signs
- Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans
- Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests, laboratory studies, and medical imaging
- Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with state regulations and organizational policies
- Provide preventive care, health education, and disease management counseling
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the electronic health record (EHR) while ensuring HIPAA compliance
- Utilize appropriate ICD-10, ICD-9, and CPT coding practices for clinical documentation and billing support
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program
- Current California PA or NP license in good standing
- DEA registration or ability to obtain prior to employment
- Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care
- Previous outpatient clinical experience
- Experience with electronic medical record systems, including NextGen, Cerner, or similar platforms
- Knowledge of medical terminology, physiology, diagnostic evaluation techniques, and clinical documentation standards
- Experience caring for diverse patient populations

Pay: $145,600.00 - $166,400.00 per year
