Duties
- Safely operate equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and order pickers to load, unload, and move products throughout the warehouse
- Use RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to accurately track inventory, process orders, and update stock levels in real-time
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with precision to ensure timely delivery in e-commerce and warehouse distribution channels
- Stock shelves efficiently by replenishing inventory using proper packaging techniques and maintaining organized storage areas
- Assist with shipping and receiving activities by verifying shipments against documentation and ensuring proper loading/unloading procedures
- Support inventory control through regular stock counts, cycle counts, and data entry into systems like AS400 or MRP software
- Maintain a clean, safe work environment by following safety protocols and reporting any hazards or equipment issues promptly
Skills
- Proven experience operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and order pickers
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, AS400 or MRP software for inventory tracking and order processing
- Strong understanding of shipping & receiving procedures, order fulfillment processes, and stock management techniques
- Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for inventory counts, measurements, and order quantities
- Excellent attention to detail for picking & packing orders correctly and ensuring quality standards are met
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and follow instructions clearly
- Prior experience in e-commerce warehouses or warehouse distribution environments is a plus

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
