Experienced Retail Meat Cutter – McKinnon’s Market, Wilmington MA
McKinnon’s Market is seeking an experienced Retail Meat Cutter to join our busy and growing Wilmington location. We are a high-volume, service-focused meat department with a strong reputation for quality, variety, and customer service.
Responsibilities include:
- Cut, trim, and prepare beef, pork, poultry, and other meat products for retail sale
- Maintain attractive, fully stocked meat cases and displays
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and quality standards
- Assist customers with product selection and special orders
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Support department operations and help maintain inventory levels
Qualifications:
- Previous retail meat cutting experience required
- Strong knowledge of beef, pork, poultry, and retail meat merchandising
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable, punctual, and customer-focused
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
