Earning Potential: $70,000 to $100,000+
Job Type: Full-time, in-person.
What You’ll Do:
- Handle incoming internet leads and inbound phone calls with professionalism and urgency
- Connect with customers, understand their needs, and guide them toward the right next step through email, calls, text and video
- Consistently follow up to build relationships and create opportunities
- Stay focused on activity, performance goals, and delivering a great customer experience
- Contribute to a positive, team-first dealership environment
What We’re Looking For:

Experience in automotive sales or BDC is a plus
- Strong communication skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed
- Positive, confident, and high-energy presence
- Team player who wants to grow and win with the group
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background and drug screening
