Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in procedures.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries.
- Support guest relations by maintaining a welcoming environment, ensuring guest comfort.
- Follow hotel emergency procedures confidently to ensure guest safety during any incident or emergency situation
- Clean hotel rooms, vacuum common areas.
Requirements
- Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations
- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to clean a hotel room thoroughly.
- Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and safety protocols to ensure guest security at all times
