Job Overview:
We are a new, fast growing company in Gainesville. Seeking a reliable, trustworthy, Tow Truck Driver to join our team and run a flatbed. This position requires self motivated people with a customer-focused approach. Experience preferred and a clean driving record is a MUST. The work schedule will be four 12 hr days. Pay is commission and weekly. ZERO drug tolerance and there will be no smoking in the work trucks.
Duties:
- Respond to service calls promptly and professionally.
- Safely load, unload, and secure vehicles onto the tow truck.
- Transport vehicles to specified locations with care and efficiency.
- Provide exceptional customer service during interactions with clients.
- Maintain your equipment, tools and truck in an acceptable manner.
Skills:
- Conflict management skills to handle challenging situations calmly.
- Strong customer service orientation to interact effectively with clients.
- Experience with flatbed towing preferred.
- Preform jump starts, lock outs and tire changes.
