Seeking RN SNF and Geriatrics for openings across Oahu. These are per diem openings and ideal for those who are looking for more flexibility with their schedule. Day and night shifts available.

Location
Honolulu, Hawaii Kai, Kaneohe, Aiea, Pearly City, Oahu
Pay
$50 to $55 an hour, depending on experience and assignment
Responsibilities
- Provide physical care to patients, administer medications, and assist physicians with diagnostic tests.
- Act as a team leader, evaluate team members' performance, and adjust nursing care plans accordingly.
- Demonstrate quality care by following standards of care and educating patients and staff.
- Coordinate patient care with other healthcare team members and participate in patient care conferences.
- Act as a temporary nurse manager when necessary and ensure compliance with mandatory trainings and in-services.
Qualifications
- Must have at least 6 months of related experience in SNF and Geriatrics
- Ability to create individual patient care plans and respond calmly in emergency situations.
- Strong interpersonal skills, physical capability, and adaptability to change.
- Maintain ethical and professional standards and confidentiality.
- Health assessment skills and ability to contribute to interdisciplinary treatment planning.
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing and current license to practice in the State of Hawaii.
- Current BLS certification.
- TB Clearance.
