Duties

Requirements
- Prior experience in food service, restaurant kitchens, or the food industry is highly desirable
- Knowledge of dietary department procedures and dietary aide experience is a plus
- Strong skills in food preparation, cooking techniques, and food handling safety
- Experience with menu planning and meal preparation processes
- Excellent knife skills and familiarity with kitchen equipment
