Family Nurse Practitioner (Full-Time)
Advanced General Medicine – Elizabeth, NJ
Advanced General Medicine is seeking a compassionate, motivated, and experienced Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our growing primary care and wellness practice in Elizabeth, New Jersey.
The ideal candidate is comfortable managing adult patients in an outpatient setting, providing preventive care, chronic disease management, urgent visits, and supporting a patient-centered clinical environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and physical exams
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
- Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic tests
- Prescribe medications and treatments according to state regulations
- Develop and implement treatment plans
- Educate patients on preventive care and healthy lifestyle choices
- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation using EMR
- Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to ensure high-quality patient care
Qualifications
- Active New Jersey Nurse Practitioner license
- Board Certification as Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
- DEA license preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
- Experience in primary care preferred
Schedule
- Full-time
- Monday to Friday
- Some Saturdays may be required

Pay: $145,000.00 - $165,000.00 per year
