Role Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with excitement and kindness, hospitality isn't a transaction - it's a posture.
- Take orders using Square POS, guiding guests through the menu and providing recommendations when needed.
- Prepare delicious, high-quality coffee, tea, and other beverages with consistency, speed, and efficiency.
- Maintain a clean, organized store & workspace, including completing deep cleaning tasks as assigned.
- Prepare a small menu of food items including breakfast, lunch, and full day offerings.

About You:

- Adaptable and able to adjust quickly to changing situations.
- Able to multi-task, remain calm under pressure, and work with urgency in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and flexible.
- Willing to take on a variety of responsibilities including: cooking, baking, making drinks, taking orders, etc.
- Available and willing to work both weekend days required.
- Coffee experience is preferred, but not required. Interest in coffee is a must!
Position Details:
- Seasonal Part Time: 10 - 25 hours per week (2-4 shifts)
- Willing and able to work shifts ranging from 5 am start time to 6:30 pm end time.
- Available and willing to work both weekend days required.
- Shifts including: cooking, baking, making drinks, taking orders, etc.
- Hourly Pay: $17.50 + tips (average $4-$6 per hour)
