We are seeking a caring, dependable, and passionate educator to join our small nature-based preschool serving children ages 2–5. Our program values play, connection, curiosity, and the belief that nature is an essential part of early childhood.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys creating meaningful learning experiences, supporting young children’s development, and working as part of a collaborative, close-knit team.
What You’ll Do
- Provide high-quality care in a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment
- Support play-based, child-led learning rooted in nature and exploration
- Foster children’s social-emotional growth and independence
- Create meaningful experiences through art, sensory play, storytelling, gardening, and discovery
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and coworkers
- Help maintain a calm, joyful classroom environment

What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of early childhood experience
- Passion for nature-based and play-based learning
- Warm, flexible, and collaborative approach
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Reliable and professional work ethic
- Familiarity with or interest in Conscious Discipline and peaceful guidance practices
