We are seeking a skilled welder / BUILD FROM PRINT fabricatorS to join our newly growing and dynamic team IN OUR BRAND NEW FACILTY.

As the team grows, there will be added leadership roles to which we promote from within. the entire team works with and helps everyone as needed to promote a great energy and growth from all areas.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling, tacking and fitting various components according to specifications and industry standards to fabricate stands and parts off of detailed design schematics. As a small team now, you may be asked to participate in other aspects, as a team, we help when and where needed within the team work space.
This role requires attention to detail, strong technical & math skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Assemble and fit components using hand tools, welding equipment, and machining techniques.
- Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate assembly.
- Perform welding tasks while adhering to relevant codes and standards.
- Operate cranes, hoists and forklifts safely for material handling and transportation.
- Utilize basic math skills for measurements and calculations during assembly processes as needed.
- Conduct quality checks on assembled products to ensure they meet specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following safety protocols at all times.
- Assist the team in making jigs, process inprovements and whatevedr the team may need, as a hole.
- Assisting others with any and all shop needs, build needs or making things more efficient for your work or any other team memeber, as it makes sense.
Skills:
- Experience with hand tools, welding equipment, and machining processes.
- Ability to operate cranes and forklifts safely.
- Strong basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations.
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
