Veda Massage and Skincare is seeking the best personalities to add to our Veda Massage Team. This bubbly and fun-loving Sales Associate will work closely with our guests to provide an overwhelmingly positive and individualized experience. In this role, you will be responsible for sales and delivering top-notch customer service in a professional, therapeutic spa environment with a huge smile!
At Veda Massage, we offer many services related to health and wellness including customized massage therapy, customized facials, and waxing. Our team of licensed therapists and estheticians have a wide range of modalities and specialties which allows us to ensure we meet all guests specific needs. We promote personal well-being in an elegant, yet casual atmosphere at an affordable rate!
Responsibilities / Duties Include:
Provide excellent service to all members/guests
Answer and return phone calls and schedule appointments
Greet and check in members/guests upon arrival
Sell memberships and retail products
Assist in administrative tasks
Assist in maintaining cleanliness of common areas and merchandising area
Maintain a professional appearance at all times
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years sales experience
Must be bubbly and love to laugh and have fun
Must be able to recommend and sell memberships and retail products
Able to effectively communicate with members and guests
Able to work well with others in a fun and professional environment
Flexible schedule
Have a positive, can-do attitude and be customer service focused

Hourly pay, commission, and monthly bonuses
