Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and knowledgeable manner
- Provide exceptional customer service and answer any questions about products
- Educate customers on the different strains, effects, and uses of marijuana products
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Accurately process transactions using the point-of-sale (POS) system
- Upsell and recommend additional products to enhance the customer's experience
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge
- Adhere to all state regulations and company policies
Requirements:
- Previous retail sales experience, preferably in a similar industry
- Strong knowledge of marijuana strains, products, and their effects
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using technology, including POS systems and wireless sales tools
- Must be at least 21 years old and comply with all state regulations regarding marijuana sales
