About Us
Smitty & Pearl's is a new hospitality and entertainment destination in the heart of downtown High Point. Our family of concepts includes Jungle Bar, Umbo, and Siren, each delivering a unique guest experience through exceptional food, beverages, entertainment, and genuine hospitality.
We're looking for an experienced Front of House Manager to help build our culture, lead our team, and create experiences worth remembering.
Position Summary
The Front of House Manager is responsible for leading daily restaurant operations, developing team members, maintaining service standards, and ensuring every guest receives an exceptional experience. This is a hands-on leadership role that works closely with the General Manager and Director of Operations to support all three concepts as business needs require.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily Front of House operations
- Coach, mentor, and develop Front of House team members
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences and resolve guest concerns
- Assist with recruiting, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and training
- Lead pre-shift meetings and maintain company service standards
- Manage labor while supporting operational goals
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company standards
- Support private events, promotions, and special activations
- Work collaboratively with Culinary and Operations leadership
- Foster a positive, energetic, and accountable team culture
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant management experience required
- Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
- Passion for hospitality and developing people
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be at least 21 years of age

Pay
$55,000–$70,000 per year, based on experience.
