We are looking for a Senior Project Manager that will be responsible for building $1,500,000 - $3,000,000 Homes throughout Williamson County, TN. This person orchestrates the entire build with an eye for detail deserving of a Luxury Home. This includes, but is not limited to subcontractor coordination, purchasing, selections, client communication, and detail execution.
Subcontractor Development & Trade Management
- Assist with, vet, and onboard qualified subcontractors who meet Heritage Homes' quality and professionalism standards
- Build and maintain a reliable preferred vendor list across all trades
- Hold subs accountable to schedule, quality, and craftsmanship, not just completion
- Conduct pre-work meetings to align on scope, expectations, and detail execution
Construction Execution & Quality Control
· Manage day-to-day field operations across multiple luxury homes simultaneously
· Perform rigorous in-progress inspections and resolve deficiencies in real time
· Approach every decision such from framing to finish through the lens of a luxury product
Project Management
· Build and manage detailed construction schedules from permit through closing
· Coordinate trade sequencing to eliminate downtime and uphold Days Under Construction
· Track budgets alongside purchasing, issue purchase orders, and change orders with accuracy and ownership
· Communicate proactively with ownership, design team, and buyers at each phase milestone
Detail & Process
· Research and introduce elevated construction details that raise the bar on finish quality
· Establish and document field standards, scopes of work, and installation specs from the ground up
· Collaborate with the design and purchasing teams to translate architectural intent into field execution
Buyer & Client Engagement
· Serve as the professional point of contact for buyers throughout the entire build process
· Walk buyers through pre-drywall, framing, and pre-closing orientations with confidence and clarity
· Anticipate and address buyer concerns before they surface as formal complaints
Preferred Qualifications
· 5+ years of project management experience in luxury or custom residential construction
· Sharp eye for detail, finish quality, and elevated design standards
· Highly organized, self-directed, and personally invested in every home's outcome
· Effective communicator across trades, buyers, and ownership alike
Compensation
· $100,000 – $125,000 base salary, based on experience, plus per home bonuses
