Are you an experienced healthcare sales professional looking to make a meaningful impact? We are seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Healthcare Sales Representative to expand awareness and enrollment for a nationally recognized Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE). This field-based role is ideal for self-starters who thrive on building partnerships, educating referral sources, and helping seniors access comprehensive healthcare services that allow them to remain safely in their homes.

- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan within your assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong referral relationships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, government agencies, community organizations, and other healthcare partners.
- Identify and prospect new referral sources through research, networking, and cold outreach.
- Meet or exceed monthly enrollment goals of 6–8 new participants per month after ramp-up.
- Generate at least 2 self-sourced leads per day while maintaining strong conversion rates.
- Conduct in-person and virtual presentations educating referral partners on PACE services.
- Manage accounts through proactive follow-up and relationship building.
- Educate prospective participants and their families about program benefits.
- Qualify referrals and guide eligible individuals through the enrollment process.
- Identify Medicare, Medicaid, Dual Eligible, VA, and Private Pay populations within your territory.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all sales activities using Salesforce CRM.
- Track referrals, meetings, follow-ups, presentations, and enrollment activity.
- Utilize consultative selling techniques to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Participate in educational events and community outreach initiatives.
- Provide regular updates on territory performance and sales metrics.
- Healthcare sales, business development, or related experience required.
- Experience in post-acute care, senior services, home health, hospice, managed care, or PACE preferred.
- Strong relationship-building, networking, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage an assigned territory independently.
- Experience using Salesforce or another CRM system preferred.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Competitive annual salary of $77,400–$96,800 plus uncapped commission.
