Now Hiring: Server Assistant
Are you a team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced restaurant environment? We're looking for a dependable and energetic Server Assistant to help support our front-of-house team and ensure every guest has a great dining experience.
Responsibilities
- Stock and replenish ice throughout service
- Roll, stock, and organize silverware
- Deliver water to tables and assist with beverage service
- Refill waters, sodas, and other non-alcoholic beverages
- Bus and reset tables quickly and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining room, service stations, and guest areas
- Assist servers with guest needs and table maintenance
- Support overall restaurant operations during busy shifts
- Help get food to the tables efficiently
- Respond to guests' need through action and/or communication
Qualifications
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry throughout a shift
- Restaurant experience is preferred but not required—we're willing to train the right candidate
