**Only candidates with dental treatment coordinating experience will be considered.**
We are a close knit private dental practice that genuinely cares about our patients and our team. We work hard, we support each other, and we take pride in the experience we create for every person who walks through our door. We're looking for someone who shares that same energy.
As our Treatment Coordinator you are the connection between our clinical team and our patients. You'll guide patients through their treatment journey — from presenting treatment plans to answering questions to making sure they feel informed and cared for every step of the way. This role is perfect for someone who is naturally organized, detail oriented, and takes pride in following through.

- Following up on unscheduled treatment consistently
- Verifying insurance benefits accurately before appointments
- Coordinating with the clinical team to ensure smooth patient flow
- Managing and tracking outstanding treatment plans
- Assisting patients with financing options and billing questions
- Maintaining accurate records in Open Dental
- Supporting the front office team as needed
Who You Are
- You have dental front office or treatment coordinator experience
- Details matter to you — you catch things others miss
- You follow through without needing reminders
- You're a self starter who takes ownership of your role
- You communicate with warmth and professionalism
- Knowledge of PPO insurance is a plus
- Open Dental experience is a bonus but not required
We value our team and want everyone who works here to feel supported, respected, and proud of where they work. If you're someone who genuinely loves helping people and wants to be part of a practice that does things the right way, we'd love to meet you.
