Key Responsibilities of the AT&T Customer Support Trainee:
- Meet with customers directly, to promote AT&T’s wireless devices and bundled solutions, by presenting features and benefits that enhance connectivity.
- Provide customer support by handling inquiries, resolving service issues, processing orders, and assisting with upgrades or adjustments.
- Drive sales by identifying customer needs, recommending tailored solutions, and meeting or exceeding performance targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service milestones, and account preferences to support compliance and retention.
- Collaborate with internal support teams to align messaging, resolve escalations, and ensure consistent service.
Minimum Qualifications of the AT&T Customer Support Trainee:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience in customer support, sales or retail support is valued.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to actively listen, empathize, and clearly explain product features and service options.
- Comfortable managing customer data, and creating connections.
- Organized, proactive, and collaborative, with resilience and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
Pay: $800.00 - $1,200.00 per week
