Appliance Connection is hiring an Appliance Service Technician in Birmingham or Montgomery, AL, with pay starting at $20 per hour during training and performance pay up to $45 per hour after. You need a valid driver's license and a clean driving record, and prior appliance repair experience is a plus but not required. You train under an accomplished specialist and can be running your own calls in 7 to 8 weeks.

- You love knowing how things work and you are comfortable using technology to diagnose a fault.
- You bring the ability to lift 50 pounds regularly and work in tight or confined spaces.
- You bring a dependable commute to the Birmingham or Montgomery area and a willingness to complete a background check and drug screen.

What You Will Do Each Day:
- Visit customers in their homes to diagnose appliance problems.
- Repair household appliances on site.
- Explain what went wrong and what the fix involves.
- Serve as the Appliance Service Technician customers meet at their door.
- Call technical support when a repair gets complicated, even working solo.
