As for the schedule, you typically work 7:00 am - 4:00 pm, Monday - Friday.
ARE YOU A GOOD FIT?
No two days are the same as you assess heating and cooling systems, accurately diagnose problems, and perform quality repairs, maintenance, and installations. You work on a variety of systems, including dehumidifiers, ductwork, heat pumps, and air conditioning units, completing exceptional work according to codes and manufacturer specifications. As you install equipment, test electrical components, and replace mechanical parts, you give every job your best. You also engage with customers to answer questions, explain service options, and provide tips for maintaining their heating and air conditioning systems.
Here's what we need from our HVAC Technician:

Valid EPA Section 608 certification

HVAC installation, maintenance, or repair experience with knowledge of electrical and mechanical components

Proficiency with diagnostic tools like multimeters and pressure gauges

Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical manuals

Ability to read and write in English

Physical ability to climb ladders, lift heavy equipment, work in confined spaces, and work in varying weather conditions

Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications:

Completion of an HVAC training program or apprenticeship

Customer service experience

Experience with specific brands or systems (e.g., Carrier, Trane, Lennox)

Familiarity with smart thermostats and energy-efficient technologies
