ARISE Treatment Center is seeking a full-time Licensed Clinician to provide individual therapy, group therapy, biopsychosocial assessments, treatment planning, and clinical documentation for persons served in our residential substance use disorder treatment program.
The Licensed Clinician will carry an assigned caseload and is responsible for delivering timely, person-centered, clinically appropriate services in alignment with each person’s treatment needs. This role includes completing assessments, developing individualized ASAM-aligned treatment plans, facilitating evidence-based group and individual therapy sessions, maintaining accurate documentation in the electronic medical record, and supporting discharge and continuing care planning.
The Licensed Clinician is also responsible for identifying and responding to clinical risk, including suicide risk, relapse risk, and co-occurring mental health concerns. This includes the use of approved screening and safety planning tools, documentation of risk-related concerns, and timely escalation to the Clinical Director when clinically appropriate.
Candidates must hold an active Indiana license as an LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or LCAC in good standing. A master’s degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or addiction counseling is required. Experience in substance use disorder treatment is preferred, along with knowledge of ASAM criteria, evidence-based treatment modalities, and electronic medical record documentation.
This position requires strong clinical judgment, excellent documentation skills, professionalism, compassion, and the ability to engage persons served with cultural humility and respect. The Licensed Clinician is expected to model ARISE’s person-centered philosophy in all clinical interactions and work collaboratively with the Clinical Director, clinical team, nursing staff, peer support staff, and medical providers.
Pay: $35,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
