Perfection Auto Paint is a growing automotive paint and refinishing supplier serving body shops, collision repair facilities, and automotive professionals throughout the Central Valley.
This position requires prior experience in the automotive paint, refinishing, or body shop supply industry. Applicants without relevant industry experience will not be considered.
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Outside & Inside Sales Representative who is passionate about building lasting customer relationships and helping automotive professionals succeed. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, knowledgeable about the automotive refinishing industry, and committed to delivering exceptional customer service while growing new business.
Responsibilities
- Develop new business with body shops, collision repair facilities, dealerships, and commercial accounts.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
- Promote and sell automotive paint, refinishing products, and related supplies.
- Make regular customer visits to provide product support and follow up on customer needs.
- Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and expand our customer base.
- Meet monthly sales goals and performance expectations.
- Represent Perfection Auto Paint with professionalism, integrity, and outstanding customer service.
Qualifications
- Minimum one year of experience in automotive paint sales, automotive refinishing products, or body shop supplies required.
- Strong knowledge of automotive refinishing products and industry practices.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation.
