We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Lead Generation Specialist to join our vibrant sales team! We are looking for sales professionals for a few special projects that will make calls to get information.

Responsibilities:
- Reach out to prospects via phone calls, emails, and social media messages to generate interest in our products or services
- Qualify leads by understanding their needs and matching them with appropriate solutions
- Maintain detailed records of all lead interactions within our CRM system to ensure seamless follow-up and tracking
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally
- Assist in nurturing relationships with prospects through ongoing communication until they are ready for a formal sales presentation
Qualifications:

- Proven experience in customer service or sales roles, demonstrating strong communication skills
- Ability to engage confidently with diverse audiences and build rapport quickly
- Familiarity with CRM software or other lead management tools is preferred
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and follow-up skills

- Basic understanding of sales principles and techniques is advantageous
