Join our team as an Oven Operator and bring flavor to every shift! In this hands-on role, you’ll help transform quality poultry products into delicious, fully cooked items by operating high-performance cooking equipment in a fast-paced production environment. You’ll play a key part in ensuring products meet our strict standards for taste, safety, and consistency while maintaining smooth and efficient oven operations. This position has a base rate of $19.80 per hour, with opportunities for pay premiums, shift differentials and overtime where applicable. Annual bonus available (variable depending on performance).
