NelsonB Refreshing has spent 8+ years building a reputation on doing the job right.
We're growing and looking for a handful of right people to join our interior home crew. Every single customer gets a follow-up call the next day to confirm they were satisfied. If they weren't, we go back and make it right. That standard doesn't change whether we're in a starter home or a million-dollar estate. We treat every customer's home the same way:like it's the only one that matters.
Who We Are Looking For
This is not a housekeeping or janitorial job. Our technicians provide professional steam cleaning and restoration services inside homes and businesses, including furniture, upholstery, tile, rugs, and other interior surfaces throughout the area.
We care more about your character than your resume. If you're someone who:
- Takes pride in doing a job well, even when no one's watching.
- Presents yourself professionally and cleans up well. You'll be a guest in customers' homes.
- Can be trusted alone in someone's house (we run background checks on all hires)
- Enjoys hands-on work, staying active, and seeing the results of your effort at the end of the day
- Is coachable. The work isn't hard to learn, but it takes real attention to detail to do it right.
What You'll Do
- Operate professional steam cleaning equipment
- Clean carpet, upholstery, rugs, tile, and interior surfaces
- Communicate professionally and respectfully with customers in their homes
- Document work with photos and job notes
- Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment
- Follow company processes and quality standards
- Represent the company professionally at all times
Requirements
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license with a clean record
- Able to pass a background check
- Able to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Experience
Not required. We'll train the right person. Backgrounds in carpet cleaning, pressure washing, HVAC, landscaping, moving, restoration, or general labor are a plus... but what matters most is that you care about doing quality work and treating customers right.
