Epitec is seeking a Vehicle Build & POD Coordinator to support the Manufacturing Development Center (MDC) for a major heavy vehicle manufacturer within the Corporate Manufacturing Engineering organization.
This individual will serve as an embedded team member responsible for vehicle build coordination, Production-Oriented Design (POD) workshop facilitation, build readiness activities, issue tracking, and cross-functional stakeholder alignment supporting Project Mosaic programs including 47V and 47F.

Maintain vehicle build schedules and communicate timeline changes.
Track parts, BOM status, specifications, and CWO activities.
Generate weekly reports identifying missing or at-risk parts.
Support build readiness reviews and Go/Go-Later decision gates.
Track shop calls and build issues through resolution.
Coordinate and facilitate Physical POD sessions.
Manage workshop setup, introductions, assignments, issue documentation, recordings, and follow-up.
Ensure stakeholder participation and alignment.
Document findings and maintain action item ownership.
Coordinate Digital POD activities with DTICI teams.
Schedule reviews and document findings.
Connect digital review outputs to physical build readiness planning.
Manage issue tracking and validation findings.
Facilitate shop calls, reviews, and planning meetings.
Maintain risk logs, issue logs, and action item tracking.
Produce weekly consolidated status reports.
Support Power BI dashboards and visual management tools.
3+ years of planning, coordination, or project support experience in a technical environment.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Experience coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
Comfortable facilitating and presenting to groups ranging from 30–80+ participants.
Ability to hold stakeholders accountable while maintaining professionalism.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Microsoft 365 proficiency:

Manufacturing, automotive, trucking, or heavy vehicle industry experience.
Product development lifecycle exposure.
Sample build, prototype build, or launch experience.
BOM management experience.
Parts tracking knowledge.
Power BI experience.

Production readiness or manufacturing engineering support experience.
