What You'll Be Doing
- Install HVAC systems from start to finish
- Perform service and repair work
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
- Complete preventative maintenance
- Replace package units and split systems
- Work on residential-style HVAC equipment in commercial settings
- Adapt ductwork when necessary
- Braze copper refrigerant lines
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional job site
Equipment You'll Work On
- 2-ton to 7.5-ton HVAC systems
- Package units
- Split systems
- Direct replacement installations
We're Looking For
Lead HVAC Technicians
- Extensive field experience
- Able to complete installations independently
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Service experience
- Ductwork modification experience
- Brazing proficiency
- Ability to source parts and solve problems in the field with minimal supervision
Mid-Level HVAC Technicians
- Complete installations independently
- Brazing experience
- Basic troubleshooting experience
- Comfortable replacing components such as capacitors, contactors, transformers, and other common HVAC electrical components
Installer / PM Technicians
- Installation experience
- Preventative maintenance experience
- Coil cleaning
- Filter changes
- Basic brazing skills
- Willingness to learn and grow
Required Qualifications
- HVAC installation experience
- Mechanical aptitude
- Copper brazing experience
- Basic electrical knowledge
- Basic plumbing knowledge (drain lines, condensate systems)
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work safely
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with any of the following is a plus:
- Painting
- Metal fabrication
- Roofing or leak detection
- Electrical work
- Lift equipment operation
- Property maintenance
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
Compensation
Compensation is based on demonstrated skill level and verified field experience.
All candidates will complete a hands-on skills evaluation during their first day, which may include brazing, installation, and technical assessments. Final pay will be determined based on successful completion of the evaluation and overall experience.
