Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Corrections - Day Shift
Location: Lawrenceville, VA
Setting: Prison
Pay Range: Varies by assignment. Contact your recruiter for details.
Schedule: 12-hour days, 36-hours per week, every other weekend, holidays as needed
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Candidate Type: Local or Travel candidates
Requirements: Minimum two years of LPN experience. Corrections experience is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care to incarcerated individuals in a correctional setting.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor and document patient health status and report any changes.
- Follow safety and security protocols specific to correctional facilities.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure inmates’ health needs are met.
