Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Licensed Behavior Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will lead behavioral therapy interventions, conduct comprehensive patient assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans for children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. Your expertise will drive positive outcomes through data-driven strategies, compassionate patient care, and collaborative teamwork. Requirements:
· Education:
o Master’s degree in human services, Education, Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
· Work Experience:
o Preferred experience of 1 year as a Licensed Behavior Analyst, open to new graduates.
· Licenses & Certifications:
o Active licensure as Behavior Analyst from the Virginia Board of Medicine.

Pay: $62,462.00 - $93,693.00 per year
