Client Experience & Operations Coordinator
Autoworx Pro Detailing is seeking a highly organized, professional, and detail-oriented person to help coordinate daily operations and customer experience within our premium automotive, marine, and RV detailing company.
This is not a basic receptionist position. We are looking for someone who can help keep operations moving efficiently while maintaining a high-end customer experience from first contact through vehicle delivery.
Our company specializes in high-level detailing, ceramic coatings, RV and marine services, paint protection, and premium vehicle care. We are building systems and structure for continued growth and are looking for someone who wants to become an important part of that process.
Responsibilities Include:
- Responding to inbound leads and customer inquiries
- Scheduling appointments and coordinating workflow
- Managing customer communication and follow-up
- Assisting with CRM systems and automated workflows
- Coordinating jobs with detailing staff throughout the day
- Helping ensure vehicles and projects stay on schedule
- Performing final walk-through inspections before customer pickup
- Confirming jobs are completed properly before delivery
- Managing review requests and customer satisfaction follow-up
- Assisting with maintenance reminders and recurring service scheduling
- Supporting overall organization and daily shop operations
Ideal Candidate:
- Highly organized and dependable
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable managing multiple moving parts at once
- Takes ownership and initiative without constant supervision
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable with technology, CRM systems, and scheduling software
- Automotive or service industry experience is helpful but not required
This role has the opportunity to grow into a larger operations leadership position as the company continues to expand.
