Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced hospitality environment. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable. You will work closely with kitchen staff and management to deliver food and beverages efficiently while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
Duties
- Greet and seat guests promptly, providing menus and information about daily specials.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems
- Serve food and drinks in a timely manner, ensuring presentation meets our standards.
- Manage cash register transactions efficiently, handling payments accurately.
- Assist with food preparation as needed, ensuring all health and safety guidelines are followed.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Uphold the standards of hospitality that reflect our establishment's values.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a server or hospitality role is preferred.
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash register operations is advantageous.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy periods.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and order accuracy.
- Ability to work in a high-energy environment while maintaining professionalism.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn about food preparation techniques are essential.
Friday and Saturday availability is required
