Job Description:
- Providing superior customer service
- Ability to sell merchandise and services
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
- Process customer transactions
- Order customer merchandise
- Emailing/Call customers
- Receiving and handling inventory of shipments
- Answering the phone, taking messages, and returning phone calls
- Researching specific items for customers
- Creation and disassembling of store windows and other merchandise displays
- Maintaining a clean and neat sales floor
- Taking Measurements
- Pin properly for seamstress to execute alterations
- Putting away merchandise in a proper and timely manner
Further responsibilities will be discussed during the interview
Training is provided if a lack of one or more requirements is present on a different hourly wage.
