Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Part-Time Social Worker Marketer to join our team! Duties
- Create engaging social media content that reflects our mission and resonates with diverse audiences across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter
- Manage and schedule posts using tools like Hootsuite or Buffer to ensure consistent online presence
- Develop visually appealing graphics and videos using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite to enhance campaign visibility
- Conduct social listening to monitor conversations, gather feedback, and identify emerging community needs or trends
- Implement SEO strategies and keyword research to optimize online content for better visibility in search engines
- Coordinate public relations efforts by drafting press releases, managing media inquiries, and fostering relationships with local media outlets
- Analyze web traffic and social media metrics through Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness and inform future strategies
Skills
- Proficiency in social media management platforms such as Hootsuite and Buffer
- Strong graphic design skills with experience in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research, and web analytics tools like Google Analytics
- Experience with content creation including writing, proofreading, photography, video editing, and web content development, knowlegbe of DDA/ CCS meetings and attending client family meetings, closing deals soliciting for new client to boost case load.
- Familiarity with Facebook Advertising and digital marketing techniques to boost outreach efforts
- Excellent relationship management skills for engaging with community partners, stakeholders, and the public
- Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of public relations principles and branding strategies within the social services sector
