Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair.
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, ensuring their needs are met promptly and courteously.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation procedures throughout the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and work surfaces.
- Follow food safety management protocols to ensure all beverages are prepared in compliance with health regulations.
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for order processing and payments.
- Monitor inventory levels regularly, restocking supplies as needed, and communicate shortages to management.
- Enforce responsible alcohol service policies by checking IDs and recognizing signs of intoxication.
Qualifications
- Proven experience working as a bartender or in a restaurant setting is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of sanitation procedures and food safety practices essential for maintaining hygiene standards.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally.
- Familiarity with POS systems for order entry and payment processing.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Knowledge of beverage recipes, mixing techniques, and alcohol regulations is advantageous.
- Must be at least 21 years old (age requirements may vary by location).
