Greenstaff HomeCare is seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our growing Concierge Skilled Nursing Program. This is an opportunity to provide personalized, high-quality nursing care to clients in the comfort of their homes while enjoying flexible scheduling and competitive compensation.
Compensation
Rates will be discussed during the hiring process and will vary based on the assigned shift. Hourly pay typically ranges from $45 to $75 per hour.
As a Concierge Skilled Nurse RN or LPN, you will provide professional nursing services to private-pay clients who require skilled clinical care at home. This role offers the ability to build meaningful relationships with clients while delivering exceptional nursing care in a one-on-one setting.
Responsibilities
- Comprehensive nursing assessments
- Medication management and administration
- Wound care and dressing changes
- Diabetes management and education
- Catheter care
- Chronic disease monitoring
- Post-hospitalization support
- Care plan development and oversight
- Coordination with physicians, caregivers, and family members
- Client and family education

Qualifications
- Active Maryland Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license or Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience preferred
- Home Health, Private Duty, Hospice, or Concierge Nursing experience preferred
- Strong assessment and clinical decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Ability to work independently
