1816 Pediatrics is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and motivated Certified Medical Assistant to join our growing pediatric practice. Pay: Starting at $18.00 per hour, based on experience
Schedule:
- Monday–Thursday: 7:45 AM – 4:30 PM

Required:
- Current Medical Assistant Certification (CMA, RMA, CCMA, or equivalent)

Current BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification

Experience administering pediatric immunizations
-
Strong knowledge of the recommended pediatric immunization schedule

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail

Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

Prepare patients for examinations and assist the provider during visits

Administer immunizations following established pediatric guidelines

Accurately document patient information in the electronic medical record

Obtain vital signs and medical histories

Perform point-of-care testing and specimen collection

Educate families on vaccines, medications, and follow-up care

Maintain exam rooms, supplies, and infection control standards

Deliver compassionate, family-centered care during every patient interaction
